Meet Jennifer Beddoes

My name is Jennifer Beddoes, and I am the founder and lead nurse of Little Mountain Health Services. I’ve been a registered nurse for 13 years, but I’ve been a proud Wyoming resident for more than 41 years. Wyoming is home in every sense of the word—it’s where I was raised, where my values were shaped, and where my husband and I are now raising our two children. This community means everything to me. I started Little Mountain Health Services because I believe the people who built this place we call home deserve exceptional, personalized care. After years of nursing across the state, I consistently observed the same need: individuals—especially former uranium mine workers—who wanted to stay in their homes but required consistent, skilled support from someone they could trust. Someone who would treat them with dignity, listen to their stories, and show up for them the same way we show up for our neighbors.

I founded Little Mountain Health Services to bring nurse-led, relationship-centered care directly to the people of our community. I want to see our residents flourish—to feel supported, valued, and safe in their own homes. I believe in honoring Wyoming’s independence while also ensuring no one has to navigate complex health challenges alone. Just as important, I built this agency to create a positive, respectful, and fulfilling work environment for other nurses who feel called to this type of care. Nursing is a profession rooted in heart, skill, and service, and I want Little Mountain Health Services to be a place where nurses can practice with purpose, autonomy, and genuine connection.

At the end of the day, my mission is simple:
Care for our people. Strengthen our community. Support the nurses who serve it. Little Mountain Health Services is more than a home-health agency—it’s a reflection of the values I was raised with and the commitment I hold to the place I love. I’m honored to care for Wyoming’s families, and I look forward to supporting you or your loved ones with the respect and compassion you deserve.

A Tribute to U.S. Uranium Miners

The uranium miners of the American West did more than just go to work; they fueled our nation’s defense and energy independence during a critical era of history. These men sacrificed their health and well-being in service to their country. At Little Mountain Health Services, we recognize that the freedom we enjoy today was built on their labor. It is our distinct honor to serve these veterans of the Cold War. We provide the specialized care they need as a small way of saying “thank you” for the sacrifices they made for us all.
